Restaurant Participant may select up to four (4) items to sell at Taste of the Coast. Restaurants may charge from 1 – 4 tickets per menu item. NOTE: ABSOLUTELY no entree can exceed 4 tickets. One Ticket = $1. Each restaurant MUST provide a sign (menu board) to display in Restaurant booth that clearly shows the Menu Items being offered with the number of Food Tickets being charged for each item.

Taste of the Coast Restaurant Committee reserves the right to restrict certain entrees or beverages due to duplication or contractual exclusivity in the case of sponsorships.

The drinks sales are EXCLUSIVE to the Risen Christ Lutheran School P.T.L.

PLATINUM RESTAURANT PACKAGE:
DONATE 100% of event proceeds back to Taste of the Coast. Restaurant benefits include: complimentary 10′x10′ tent and 2 tables with linen and skirting, 1 electrical outlet (2 plugs/20 total amps), 1/2 package ad in Souvenir Program, Website ad logo and website link on www.tocnmb.com, Website and Facebook link on 2012 Taste of the Coast at Barefoot Landing Facebook with your own photo album and add page and 25 complimentary admission tickets.

STANDARD RESTAURANT PACKAGE:
DONATE 50% of event proceeds back to Taste of the Coast. Restaurant benefits include: logo and website link on www.tocnmb.com. Restaurant listing on 2012 Taste of the Coast at Barefoot Landing Facebook page.

Your Booth will include:

1 tent with 3 sides, 2 tables with linen and skirting, and 1 electrical outlet (2 plugs/20 total amps)
Other tables may be available at an additional cost of $15.00 each.
- Extra tables with linen needed ($5.00)
- or tables without linen
- ADDITIONAL ELECTRICITY: $25 for 1 electrical hook-up (2 plugs/20 total amps)

Payment:

Please make all payments to Taste of the Coast.
License:

All participating vendors must have a North Myrtle Beach Business License or purchase a North Myrtle Beach Special Vender Permit for $40 which is good for 2 years.
Participating restaurants hereby agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Taste of the Coast Committee and any other regulations as may be established. Participating restaurants understand and agree that there will be no refunds and that the decisions of the Taste of the Coast Committee are final.
Further, participating restaurants hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Risen Christ Lutheran School and Church and their agents and representative, from any responsibility, personal liability, loss, claims, or damage arising out of or in connection with this festival.

Deadlines, Incentives & Up-Charges
1. "Early Bird" Incentive Deadline: January 31, 2012

Restaurants that submit Application and Fee payment on or before January 15, 2012 will receive extra benefits:
*Priority selection of booth location in Taste of the Coast layout.
*Restaurant name listed in “Event Kick Off” promo on Taste of the Coast Facebook page.
*Two complimentary Taste of the Coast T-Shirts.
*10 complimentary food tickets.
2. Standard Registration Deadline: February 15, 2012

Restaurants that submit Application and Fee payment after January 31 but before February 15, 2012 will forfeit the benefits of the “Early Bird Incentives” but will not incur any Late Registration Fee.
3. LATE Registration Deadline: February 28, 2012

Restaurants that submit Application and Fee payment after February 15 but before February 28, 2012 will incur a Late Registration Fee of $50.00.
